Nanny Wanted - Calgary Family Seeking Loving Francophone Nanny Part Time; Full Time Possible

We are looking for a part time nanny and household manager to help our family. We are two professionals with two children (almost 3 and 13 months, both girls) and a large dog. We are looking for someone to work approx 11:30 am - 4:30 or 5 pm Monday to Friday starting immediately. Full time negotiable. We would like an individual to commit to minimum of one year. We are looking for a francophone person only (we appreciate and applaud people who have learned french as a second or third language, but are only looking for french first language/native speakers. Please reference your language when you respond). We anticipate the role would include:

• Pick up the girls from daycare, feed them lunch, naptime, take them to afternoon activities, and play.
• While the girls are sleeping, do tidying, light prep meals, do laundry, etc.
• Additional hours available if wanted but not required (ex. occasional evenings or weekends)
• We have a large, friendly dog and so you would need to be comfortable with large dogs. Taking care of her during work hours would be limited to occasionally letting her in and out to the backyard, and checking that she has water.

About our Family:

• Parents are both professionals; one works downtown and the other nearby.
• Oldest will be almost 3 when you start, friendly and very chatty when she starts to trust somebody. Really benefits from a strong one on one bond. Loves going places: zoo, playground, library, etc.
• Youngest will be 13 months. Very sweet, happy baby who is about to walk!
• We frequently have family visitors who come to stay next door for weeks at a time (both sets of grandparents live far away but love their grandkids).

Other Notes:

• Prefer if you have your own vehicle, but if necessary can provide vehicle during working hours.
• We will provide membership access to the zoo and science centre.
• We live in a standalone home in the inner city SE, have a large yard, close to many parks and playgrounds.
• Will pay as an employee with CPP/EI
