Nanny Wanted - Seeking A Nurturing, Creative Full Time Nanny For Three Young Children

We are a busy, loving, outdoors-oriented family in the Wildwood / Spruce Cliff area of Calgary seeking a full-time nanny to support our three children: a 5-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy (both in school/daycare), and a 1.5-year-old girl at home. I work part-time and my husband works full-time, and we need consistent, reliable support. This role includes full-day care for our youngest, before-and-after school support for the older two, household errands, laundry, meal prep, and general tidying and organizing. You'd drive our vehicles for school runs and errands - we have two available for use. We also have a sweet, easy-going dog who loves walks and being around the kids. We live in a large home with a big backyard, making it easy to get outside with the kids daily. We're a low-screen, whole-foods household and value a nurturing, present caregiver who enjoys creative play, hands-on learning, and lots of outdoor time. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with children - fun, engaged, and comfortable jumping into dance parties and imaginative play. We are willing to pay a premium for the right person, including competitive compensation and vacation time. We're looking for someone long-term who becomes part of our family's rhythm, will help host family gatherings, and grows with us as the kids grow - including future family travel. Ideal Candidate

• Experience with young children
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development
• Child CPR and First Aid certified
• Valid driver's license and your own reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable caring for multiple children and walking a dog every now and then
• Able to offer flexibility beyond a standard 7:00am–5:00pm schedule on weekdays, as needed
• Nurturing, creative, active, and outdoors-focused
• Willingness to prepare nutritious recipes
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
