Audit Manager for Human Resources

Take the lead in ensuring governance and internal controls with a focus on Human Resources as an Audit Manager in Toronto, Canada. Leverage your audit expertise to evaluate risk management and enhance operational effectiveness. As a key Manager within Internal Audit, you will support Senior Managers and the Director at RBC Audit. You'll conduct global audit engagements, assessing both the HR and Law Groups while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders will be essential in driving value and responding to industry changes. Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the annual audit plan for HR and Law Groups
• Uphold IA standards in auditing processes for timely delivery
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders for enhanced engagement
• Collaborate with audit teams and RBC units on methodologies
• Provide consulting services to strengthen governance and controls Requirements:
• 5+ years in banking, risk, or audit
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of risk and control concepts
