Senior Industrial Engineer in Manufacturing

Influence production growth and operational efficiency. We seek an experienced Industrial Engineer with a Bachelor’s Degree and 5 to 10 years of experience in manufacturing environments. This role focuses on maintenance management, new equipment installations, and tooling strategies to facilitate continuous improvement. Enhance manufacturing processes while ensuring safety and compliance throughout operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee equipment maintenance and compliance standards
- Implement installations of new machines and coordinate startups
- Design optimized layouts for enhanced workflow
- Manage tooling inventory and standardization programs
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives and analyze performance metrics
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- 5 to 10 years manufacturing experience
- Proficient in CAD software tools
- Experience in process optimization and project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
