You will lead UAT efforts, facilitating smooth transitions during system deployments and ongoing operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary contact for MES-related inquiries
- Gather and organize business requirements from stakeholders
- Supervise UAT processes and ensure operational readiness
- Manage training and communication for effective change management
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years in MES or IT/OT environments
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and systems
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or similar beneficial
