Lead IT Solutions Delivery for Insurance

Excel as the Assistant Director, IT Solutions Delivery in Property and Casualty Insurance, overseeing development and operational excellence in IT solutions. Shape a stable tech future through effective leadership. As a pivotal member of the management team, you will lead IT service delivery efforts, manage development and operational tasks, and ensure the performance of technology solutions for Property and Casualty Insurance. - Supervise all aspects of human resource management
- Control workload management for development and support tasks
- Define and implement continuous improvement procedures
- Manage escalations and maintain solution stability
- Ensure alignment with departmental goals and resources
- At least 8 years of combined management and IT experience
- Degree in computer science or equivalent
- Strong background in IT solutions delivery
- Familiarity with LEAN, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
