It Solution Architecture Consultant (Quebec City)

Relevant du directeur Optimisation des solutions d'assurance de dommages Entreprise et Perception, le conseiller architecture solution TI collabore troitement avec les autres conseillers en architecture de sa vice-prsidence et les quipes de dveloppement pour les diffrents secteurs de lentreprise.
Responsabilités
- Concevoir des solutions (requis fonctionnel et technique, rutilisation de composants) ainsi que la stratégie d'implémentation et d'intégration.
- Produire des estimations, des envergures pour des solutions à développer ou des progiciels à mettre en place ou intégrer.
- Réaliser les documents et effectuer les présentations des différents scénarios envisagés à mettre en place ou à intégrer afin de répondre aux besoins des clients ou des affaires.
- Contribuer fortement à la définition des critères d'acceptation et orienter la réalisation des mêmes de manière fiable, reproductible et soutenable.
- Prendre en charge les discussions TI avec le fournisseur, faire la veille au niveau des fonctionnalités et effectuer de l’accompagnement (selon le besoin ou le secteur, agir titre d’expert d'une ou des solutions TI, que ce soit au niveau des progiciels ou applications maison). Effectuer de l’accompagnement (normes, architectures de référence, méthodes de travail, autres) auprès des équipes TI.
- Participer l’évolution de son domaine d'expertise en prenant part aux activités travers les différentes communautés de pratique et améliorer continue des processus, façons de faire et outils.
- Animer et participer aux rencontres internes, fournisseurs, autres nécessaires à la réalisation de son travail.
- Agir titre de leader en soutenant les différentes équipes (affaires, développement, projets, autres) dans la résolution de problématiques et de enjeux, par exemple lors de projets.
- Collaborer activement la mise en place du train avec le PM et le directeur de livraisons.
Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en informatique ou l'équivalent.
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en informatique dont un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en conception de solution ou d'intégration de progiciel.
- Posséder un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience diversifiée en analyse, modélisation, développement et intégration de solution logicielle.
- Expérience dans la réalisation de projets en mode agile et avoir des connaissances des Framework Agile tel que SCRUM, Kanban, autres.
- Connaître des progiciels du domaine de l'assurance de dommages : Guidewire Insurance Suite, Open Text Exstream, AWS.
- Maîtrise avancée de la langue française, tant orale qu'écrit, ainsi qu'une maîtrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant orale qu'écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d'interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
