Join Insight Global as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant in a part time capacity. Leverage your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM to support a major enterprise while potentially moving to full time.
In this 12-month contract role, you’ll rely on your 7-9 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Your responsibilities will include hands-on work with Core HR and additional modules such as Recruiting and Onboarding. Collaborate effectively with various teams while enhancing system functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules effectively
- Engage with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for enhancements
- Oversee payroll processes and support integrations
- Perform testing and troubleshooting as needed
- Maintain documentation and provide production support
Requirements
- 7-9+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience
- Proficiency in Core HR, Absence, and Compensation modules
- Skilled in requirements gathering and system configuration
- Proven knowledge of HR processes end-to-end
- Flexibility for part time evolving to full-time hours
