Experienced SAP Consultant for Transformation (Quebec City)

Join a leading utilities client as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant focusing on PeopleSoft transformations. Drive data migration, configuration, and integration initiatives with top industry technologies.
This position requires an SAP SuccessFactors specialist with a minimum of eight years of hands‑on experience. You'll lead crucial data migration activities while configuring Employee Central, Time Management, and Payroll systems. Collaborate with both technical and HR teams to document processes and provide necessary training for effective implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee data migration from PeopleSoft to SuccessFactors
- Configure and validate Employee Central, Time, and Payroll
- Ensure compliance during payroll cycle reviews
- Facilitate integration with CPI and other frameworks
- Participate in extensive testing and validations
Requirements
- 8+ years in SuccessFactors with functional experience
- Familiarity with Canadian payroll systems
- Hands‑on data migration and ETL skills
- Knowledge of integration methodologies (APIs, IDocs)
- Experience in large‑scale ERP/SI projects
