HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions

Join Pursuit as a Human Resources Business Partner focusing on Support Services. Your role will bridge strategic HR initiatives with daily operational execution to enhance performance. In this capacity, you will support leaders at the Director level and below, driving performance cycles, talent management, and effective workforce planning. This position calls for extensive experience in managing change and employee relations, providing you with the opportunity to shape team culture. Your ability to connect HR solutions with business needs will be key. Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a People partner to Support Services leaders
• Develop strategies for organizational changes and team structures
• Manage performance cycles and coach leaders on HR matters
• Lead recruitment efforts for Director-level roles
• Support the implementation of HR programs and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 in a similar role
• Demonstrated skills in employee relations and change management
• Familiarity with HRIS like Workday required
• Experience in US and Canadian HR contexts preferred
