HR Business Partner at Covenant Care

Elevate employee relations with Covenant Care as a Human Resources Business Partner in Calgary. This temporary full-time role focuses on talent development and policy guidance while requiring some travel. In this impactful role, you will advise and coach management on HR operations for a four-month term. Your HR expertise will be essential in collaborating with leaders on employee management and conflict resolution. Independence and a strong commitment to Covenant Care’s mission, values, and ethical practices are required for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on employee and labour relations matters
- Collaborate with management on talent development initiatives
- Drive effective recruitment and retention strategies
- Support organizational change management efforts
- Provide insights through data for informed decision-making
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Healthcare experience preferred, union knowledge beneficial
- Reliable transportation for site travel needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams
