Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring an organized and professional HR Assistant for a 4-month contract. This position supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative duties and helping with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations tasks.
Contract Length: 4 Months
Support HR with recruitment by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and screening resumes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing training sessions and performance reviews
- Help with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
- File documents, track leave balances, and generate HR reports
- Provide administrative support for special projects and policy updates
1+ year of experience in an HR or administrative support role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, confidentiality, and data handling
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
