Your new role
As Assistant Superintendent, you will support the Site Superintendent in the day-to-day management of residential construction projects from framing through to possession. You will play a key role in ensuring homes are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll need to succeed
- Assisting with the coordination of trades, suppliers, and site activities.
- Conducting quality control inspections throughout the construction process.
- Supporting scheduling and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Monitoring site safety and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting with home orientations, deficiency management, and possession activities.
- Building positive working relationships with homeowners, trades, and project stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate site documentation and progress reporting.
What you'll get in return
- 1-3 years of experience in residential construction, ideally as an Assistant Superintendent, Site Coordinator, Lead Carpenter, or similar role.
- Experience working on single-family home construction projects.
- Strong understanding of residential building practices, construction sequencing, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
