Calgary HR Business Partner Position

Elevate organizational success as a Calgary HR Business Partner focusing on People and Culture. This role requires you to align HR with business strategies while promoting a culture of collaboration. As a trusted advisor, you will support senior management in navigating HR challenges and implementing key programs. This includes managing onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role is scheduled from Monday to Friday, with potential for weekend work as necessary. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement HR policies for continuous improvement
- Guide change initiatives and support managers
- Drive performance management processes in the organization
- Monitor employee metrics to maintain engagement levels
- Demonstrated HR Business Partner experience
- Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Familiarity with HR tools including Google Suite
