- Underwrite new and renewal delegated authority business
- Manage and grow delegated underwriting authority programs
- Drive new business production with brokers and coverholders
- Act as a senior referral point for complex risks
- Review changes to delegated agreements for alignment
- 5+ years of property and casualty underwriting experience
- Strong background in large programs and risk assessment
- Proven relationship management skills with brokers
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- University degree preferred, CIP or FCIP designation
