Job Posting: Social Media & Administrative Assistant

Location: Oshawa, ON (or Remote)

Are you a lash and brow enthusiast with top-notch organizational skills? We're searching for a talented Social Media & Administrative Assistant to join our Cube Beauty team, whether you're in Oshawa, ON, or working remotely from anywhere.

About Us: At Cube Beauty, we're all about enhancing natural beauty, one lash and brow at a time. We're looking for someone who can bring their creativity to our social media presence while ensuring seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage our social media channels, showcasing stunning lash and brow transformations and engaging with our beauty community.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating lash and brow appointments.
  • Handle client inquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Aid in maintaining well-organized records of client appointments and product inventory.
  • Tackle various administrative tasks to keep our lash and brow experts on track.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Passion for lashes and brows, with an eye for detail and beauty trends.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extremely interested and familiar with handing social media such as TikTok, Instagram, X and more.
  • Proficient in office software (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Team player attitude and a passion for learning.

Required Work Experience:

  • Previous experience in social media management or content creation.
  • Administrative experience, preferably in a beauty or wellness environment.

Education:

  • High school diploma required; further education in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
