Strategic Director, Legal Solutions in Canada

Drive legal excellence with Dentons as the Strategic Director of Legal Solutions. This role focuses on collaborating with practice groups to implement innovative processes and enhance service delivery. In this critical leadership position, you will partner with various stakeholders to address operational challenges and drive technological advancements within the Firm. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, your mission is to spearhead the Firm's transformation agenda while ensuring best practices are implemented across legal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration among practice groups for operational efficiency
- Engage clients in developing innovative legal solutions
- Implement cutting-edge legal technology solutions
- Oversee evaluation and rollout of new practices
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- J.D. or LL.B. required
- Ten years of experience in the legal sector
- Proven track record in innovative legal technology
- Strong project management skills and client service focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
