Drive national marketing and leasing strategies with FirstService Multifamily as the Senior Director. Lead initiatives for leasing growth, operational excellence, and resident satisfaction across Canada. As a key leader in FirstService Multifamily, you will shape the national marketing and leasing platform, enhancing operational standards and revenue optimization strategies. Your role encompasses overseeing lease-up execution, monitoring performance metrics, and fostering cross-functional partnerships to ensure a cohesive service model. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national marketing and leasing initiatives across multifamily assets
- Develop revenue optimization and resident acquisition strategies
- Establish scalable operational standards and performance expectations
- Monitor leasing velocity, occupancy trends, and marketing ROI
- Foster relationships with strategic agency partners nationally
- 7–10 years leadership experience in multifamily leasing
- Proven track record in marketing and lease-up operations
- Strong understanding of leasing metrics and resident acquisition
- Experience with institutional multifamily owners or REITs
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
