Finance Systems Director Driving Innovative Financial Solutions and Growth

Lead transformative finance systems initiatives as a Director of Finance Systems. Oversee ERP, FP&A platforms, and governance while enhancing operational excellence and automation capabilities in a hybrid work environment. This position is pivotal in owning the finance systems portfolio and strategy. You will ensure core financial platforms and processes are accurate, secure, and compliant, enhancing data utility across Finance, Accounting, and IT. Your leadership will set clear goals and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Own multi-year vision and roadmap for finance systems
- Drive annual budget ownership across Finance Systems
- Coach managers and develop team performance
- Enhance platform health and scalability
- Partner with Finance for process mapping and automation initiatives
- 8-10+ years in finance systems and enterprise applications
- 4+ years of leadership experience in multi-team settings
- Expertise in ERP ecosystems, particularly NetSuite
- Strong background with EPM/FP&A platforms
- Proven track record in governance and compliance initiatives
