CSEC Strategic Community Director Role

Join Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation as Executive Director of Foundations & Community Impact. Your role involves guiding the Calgary Flames, Stampeders, Hitmen, and Roughnecks foundations, while ensuring financial responsibility and enhancing community relationships. You will create sustainable fundraising strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of community programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Create strategic plans for Foundations and Community Relations
- Manage budgets and ensure compliance with governance
- Drive fundraising and partnership development efforts
- Foster relationships with community stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the Foundation and Community Relations team
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience
- Successful fundraising and governance practices
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related discipline
- Proven experience managing financial resources
