Associate Director of Molecular Testing - Hybrid Role

- Develop, implement, and improve molecular testing services

- Establish program vision, KPIs, and assessment strategies
- Recruit, manage, and train project team members
- PhD, MD, or master’s in molecular biology or related field
- 8–12+ years in molecular diagnostics or clinical labs
- 3–5+ years in a leadership role
- Required licensure for medical technologist when applicable
- Strong communication skills and deep molecular biology knowledge
