Director Role in Tax Resource Management

Lead Tax Resource Management at EY as a Director in Canada. Elevate staffing strategies, enhance client service, and drive operational excellence in this executive position. This role requires managing the deployment of tax resources while ensuring alignment with strategic plans and adherence to quality controls. You'll drive annual planning processes, manage the reconciliation of resourcing budgets, and support staff development initiatives. Strong relationships with stakeholders and the Global Tax RM community are vital for success. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deployment and alignment of Tax resources
- Lead annual fiscal planning for resource contributions
- Provide RM data analysis for ongoing forecasts
- Address open staffing needs promptly
- Implement EY’s global staffing software for Canada Tax
- Minimum 10 years in Resource Management or related field
- Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to leadership
- Experience with managing large-scale technological changes
- Strong analytical skills and client service mindset
- Ability to efficiently manage dynamic priorities
