Compassionate Family Resource Worker Role

Pursue a meaningful role as a Family Resource Worker at Green Dome Islamic School in North East Calgary. Assist students and families in navigating social, emotional, and behavioral challenges through compassionate support. In this part-time, ten-month position starting in September 2026, you will provide critical resources and guidance within a school-based context. Key Responsibilities:
- Support students dealing with emotional and behavioral issues
- Work closely with families to provide necessary assistance
- Ensure confidentiality in all cases handled
- Coordinate support activities and resources efficiently
- Handle emergency call-outs during summer months, if needed
- College Diploma or University Degree in a relevant field
- Professional designation or eligibility required
- Class 5 Alberta driver’s licence and insurance
- Reliable transportation for work-related travel
- Previous experience in social services or education settings advantageous
