This full-time contract role requires dedication and relationship-building skills. As a Child and Family Support Practitioner, you'll engage directly with young people, overseeing treatment plans and daily routines. Your role involves fostering teamwork and staying adaptable in a dynamic setting. Key responsibilities include direct child support and minor facility maintenance as you support the implementation of tailored care. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and support to young residents
- Implement treatment plans collaboratively with the team
- Assist with daily household chores and routines
- Engage in minor maintenance tasks as required
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders for clear documentation
- Degree/diploma in Human Services or related field
- Experience working with youth in group settings
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Clean Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sector
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with good record
