ERP Application Support Specialist at Contego

Enhance customer ERP experiences with Contego as an ERP Application Support Specialist. This role focuses on troubleshooting, improving processes, and providing essential support for Acumatica and Dynamics 365. Contego is seeking an ERP Application Support Specialist to aid customers in accessing and maximizing their ERP systems. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong problem-solving skills and significant technical curiosity. You will act as the first point of contact, addressing support requests while also participating in system upgrades, training, and process enhancements. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and triage support tickets effectively
- Provide comprehensive ERP application support and documentation
- Communicate software version updates and requirements
- Assist with testing and validating software upgrades
- Support customer training and best practices adoption
- Minimum 3 years’ ERP system experience
- Strong understanding of business transactions and reporting
- Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Collaborative attitude towards team and customer support
