Join Hexagon Autonomous Solutions as an Applications Engineer in Calgary, AB, and leverage your GNSS+INS expertise to provide exceptional 2nd-tier customer support. Focus on driving customer success for NovAtel, VERIPOS, and AutonomouStuff products. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of North America Customer Support, where you will utilize your technical skills to assist customers with troubleshooting, data analysis, and root cause analysis. Your hands-on contributions will ensure effective product installation and feature support, while fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams to elevate complex issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 2nd-tier case management for Hexagon products
- Provide troubleshooting assistance via phone and email
- Analyze data and contribute to root cause assessments
- Assist with product setup and configuration
- Maintain customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups
- Degree in Geomatics or Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of GNSS+INS industry experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel internationally
