Key Responsibilities
- Design enclosures with IP67+ sealing and thermal management
- Develop 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using SolidWorks
- Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency
- Perform thermal simulations and structural FEA
- Define and execute environmental testing plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years in ruggedized product design
- Strong knowledge of thermal management
- Experience with IP67/IP69K designs
- Familiarity with automotive standards is a plus
