Senior Mechanical Engineer Opportunity

Join HDR as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, focusing on mechanical design in an innovative environment. Work on diverse projects in a full-time capacity, enhancing engineering practices. As a key member of the project team, you will report to the Mechanical Section Manager and provide mechanical engineering support throughout project development. This role demands a balance of technical knowledge and organizational acumen, facilitating collaboration among various disciplines while adhering to deadlines and budgets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coordination efforts across multidisciplinary projects
- Participate in design and marketing meetings with clients
- Conduct project site reviews and compliance assessments
- Ensure timely completion of design documents and project schedules
- Train and oversee junior engineering staff as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- At least 10 years in the mechanical design of buildings
- Required: Professional engineering license
- Experience with software like AutoCAD and MS Project
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
