Le poste d'assistant réceptionniste chez Opto-Réseau vous permet d’accueillir les clients et de réaliser des tests de vue. Vous serez chargé de la prise de rendez-vous et de la gestion des dossiers patients. Ce rôle requiert une collaboration constante avec l’équipe sur le plancher pour offrir des services de qualité. Key Responsibilities:

Accueillir les clients chaleureusement et avec soin
Effectuer les tests préliminaires à l’examen de la vue
Prendre et confirmer les rendez-vous des optométristes
Ouvrir et mettre à jour les dossiers patients
Promouvoir les services d’Opto-Réseau auprès des clients

Requirements:

Intérêt particulier pour le service à la clientèle
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à écouter
Organisation et rigueur dans l’exécution des tâches
Adaptabilité dans un environnement dynamique
Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base
