Votre quotidien comme Assistant ou assistante réceptionniste :
- Accueillir la clientèle avec soin
- Effectuer les tests préliminaires à l’examen de la vue
- Prendre les rendez‑vous pour les optométristes, faire les rappels et les confirmations
- Procéder à l’ouverture et à la mise à jour des dossiers patient
- Promouvoir les différents services d’Opto-Réseau auprès de la clientèle
- Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe sur le plancher
- Évaluer et identifier les besoins du client quant au choix de montures et de verres ophtalmiques selon leur prescription;
- Déterminer les spécifications des lunettes ou des lentilles à partir d’une prescription
- Analyser les lunettes ou les lentilles d’un client à l’aide d’instrument optiques
- Procéder à la facturation conformément aux politiques et procédures de l’entreprise
- Toutes autres tâches nécessaires au bon déroulement des opérations
