Key Responsibilities
Lease Setup and Maintenance
- Complete lease setup for executed leases within ERP systems, including complex and non-routine arrangements
- Process lease lifecycle activities including amendments, renewals, expansions, contractions, relocations, assignments, and terminations
- Review and interpret lease documentation to ensure accurate setup and data integrity
- Maintain building area data, tenant allowances, and other critical lease information requiring detailed analysis and judgment
Data Quality and Billing Support
- Set up and validate complex lease data and billing parameters to ensure accuracy
- Configure billing-related inputs such as percentage rent, co-tenancy clauses, and tenant chargebacks
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, exceptions, and non-standard scenarios in collaboration with stakeholders prior to billing execution
- Support billing accuracy by ensuring completeness and consistency of lease data inputs
Team and Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with Finance, Leasing, Operations, Legal, and Revenue Control teams to ensure accurate lease setup
- Act as an escalation point for complex or ambiguous lease administration matters
- Promote consistency in processes, documentation, and data standards across the team
- Support knowledge sharing and provide guidance to junior team members
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance data quality
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree or college diploma in a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in lease administration, accounting, credit, collections, or a related discipline
- Proven experience handling complex lease transactions across the full lease lifecycle
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret lease terms and resolve discrepancies with sound judgment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP systems such as JDE, Yardi , or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
- Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Proactive approach to process improvement and continuous learning
