Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a diversified portfolio of commercial assets. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in client and tenant relations, financial management, and operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Management Plans for commercial properties
- Manage service contracts to ensure high-quality property operations
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and owner reports
- Maintain strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and retention initiatives
- Conduct management audits and implement operational improvements
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate property management staff
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of commercial property management experience
- RPA, CPM, or equivalent industry certification required
- Strong project management and customer service skills
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting
- Knowledge of building systems and mechanical drawings is considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
