Engagement Manager for Consulting Services

Enhance consulting service delivery as a Resource Engagement Manager. Partner with sales to explore and validate consulting opportunities while managing relationships and ensuring engagement success. This role centers on driving new business in IT consulting, focusing on prospecting and client engagement throughout the consulting lifecycle. You will spearhead consultant screening and maintain positive relationships, ensuring quality service to meet client needs. Critical leadership will guide successful engagements and customer satisfaction results. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and present consulting programs across North America
- Work with sales on agility-based engagements
- Develop effective relationships with clients and consultants
- Manage escalations to achieve outcomes
- Drive toward established sales targets
- Experience in business development within IT services
- Ability to present effectively to executive levels
- Strong partnership skills with hiring managers
- Leadership that meets financial goals
- Proven ability to collaborate and work independently
