Engagement Strategy Behavioural Scientist

Transform customer engagement tactics as a dedicated Behavioural Scientist. Use behavioral economics and machine learning to influence customer behaviors for improved payments and self-treatment. - Experience in financial services is advantageous
- Comfortable presenting to senior leaders
