Vice President Hse Strategy At Veriforce Calgary
Veriforce
Lead the national Health, Safety, and Workplace strategy for Veriforce Canada as the Vice President HSE. Shape contractor safety and risk management practices to support commercial growth. In this executive role, you will drive HSE excellence across all service lines, ensuring integrity and compliance with legislation.
Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will champion contractor management solutions while representing Veriforce Canada in various industry forums. With a focus on continuous evolution, this position is pivotal to enhancing contractor compliance and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define Canadian HSE strategy aligned with corporate objectives
- Advise executive leadership on HSE-related matters
- Oversee contractor compliance and risk management frameworks
- Ensure legislative compliance in health and safety
- Represent Veriforce Canada in regulatory engagements
Requirements
- 10+ years in HSE leadership within compliance-driven sectors
- Deep knowledge of Canadian HSE legislation
- Experience with multi-site organization strategy
- Strong influence with stakeholders and regulators
- Industry certification like CRSP or CSP preferred
