Elevate the workplace experience with Morgan Stanley as Vice President, Product Manager for the Salesforce Product Team. Lead the development of innovative Salesforce solutions for wealth management. As part of the Wealth Management Platforms organization, you will direct product strategies and execute roadmaps aligned with complex stakeholder needs. This role includes collaboration with Technology, Operations, and other key partners to enhance the Quote to Cash process, ensuring excellent client experiences. Your leadership will drive the adoption of Salesforce capabilities that bolster wealth solutions while managing a prioritized product backlog that meets business demands. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and data analysis
- Write clear product artifacts including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead enhancements in Salesforce CRM processes
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap
- Drive adoption through backlog management and UAT coordination
- 7+ years in digital product management or business analysis
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and financial services platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven skills in Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing Salesforce integration tools
