These individuals analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Oracle consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Oracle applications. You will provide consulting services to clients, analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilization of Oracle applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed finance and accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities in Record to Report: Close and consolidation; internal and external reporting, general ledger/chart of accounts design, and financial performance management.
• Plan and analyze budgeting, forecasting, and transactional processes such as intercompany, procure to pay, order to cash, and maintenance of cost‑effective controls.
• Simplify complex processes to improve reliability, reduce cost and cycle time, and manage work streams of complex projects implementing improvements.
• Identify and address client needs through active participation in client discussions and meetings; manage engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics while handling unanticipated issues.
• Perform functional and technical tasks, including system application implementations, software configurations, and Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Produce deliverables in a fast‑paced environment, collaborate across teams, and juggle multiple projects and initiatives.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project for business documentation and client communication.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience with demonstrated experience in finance.
• Good understanding of process improvement, chart of accounts design/management, and applications in finance transformation, performance management, financial systems optimization, managerial cost accounting, financial modeling, and industry processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals at various organizational levels.
• Superior detail orientation, organizational and analytical skills.
• Fluency in French required for Quebec based opportunities; French an asset outside Quebec.
• Prior experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and other ERP systems.

Benefits and Compensation

The salary range for this position is $58,400 - $97,500. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in variable incentive pay programs.
