Zarak is a family-owned Afghan restaurant in Vancouver, rooted in the recipes and traditions of Chef Zohra and the Sarwari family. Our menu shares the warmth and depth of Afghan cuisine through thoughtful cooking, quality ingredients and genuine hospitality.
We’re hiring a Sous Chef to join the team at Zarak.
We’re looking for an experienced chef who can work closely with our Head Chef, lead the kitchen during service, support and develop the team, and help maintain our standards of quality and consistency.
Leadership experience and a strong understanding of kitchen operations are essential.
