Head Pizza Chef

Job Responsibility:

We have been established since 2003, A busy NY style Italian pizzeria located in east Vancouver close to sky trains and bus stops. We are looking for the right candidate to help manage this location with day to day service, working with staff to ensure proper cleaning procedures are kept as well as working along side the owner for stocking and managing of staff.

* Duties include such things as:

• Making a variety of pizzas
• Making a stock list for the week
• Providing Customer service

* Helping staff to do various duties such as:

• Prepping numerous toppings
• Slicing meats
• Cutting and dividing of dough
• General kitchen cleaning
• etc.

* Keeping the Day to Day business operating fast and efficiently* Working on educating our team on food safety and procedures following company guidelines to ensure best quality service and product.

We are looking for 1 candidate with Pizza or Manager experience

Hours of operationTuesday to Thursday 12:00 - 8:00pmFriday Saturday 12:00 - 9:00pmSunday 3:00 - 8:00pmClosed Mondays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

-Must have min 2 year kitchen experience-Must have food safe in Canada-Must be able to chop and slice vegetables fast and efficiency-Must have Pizza experience- Must maintain good hygiene

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
