Your advocacy for clients will lead to enhanced satisfaction and loyalty, establishing you as a critical resource in their success journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with high-value customer accounts
- Support seamless onboarding and training for new users
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients
- Evaluate customer usage patterns to ensure satisfaction
- Address escalations effectively and maintain trust
- 5+ years in managing SaaS customer relationships
- Strong communicator with executive presentation skills
- Customer-focused with a consultative growth strategy
- Quick learner with a passion for technology
- Experience in video surveillance systems preferred
