Retail Assistant Manager with Journeys

Your resourcefulness will guide daily operations and maintain a strong focus on loss prevention and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve store and individual sales standards
• Facilitate hiring and training of new employees
• Coach employees on company policies and practices
• Manage store operations and loss prevention efforts
• Communicate effectively with management on store needs

Requirements:

• Experience in retail management preferred
• 6–12 months in retail sales required
• Strong commitment to customer service
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long times
• Must be at least 18 years old
