Customer Success Manager at QNX

Elevate customer experiences with QNX as a Customer Success Manager. This role focuses on driving satisfaction and revenue across the complete customer lifecycle, fostering strong relationships every step of the way. QNX, a leader in technology solutions, seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to join its global sales organization. In this key role, you'll collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to enhance customer retention and operational excellence. You will ensure seamless engagement from opportunity development to post-sales support. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales managers for support across the sales lifecycle
- Build relationships with customers and procurement stakeholders
- Act as a primary operational contact for assigned accounts
- Manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities
- Prepare pricing proposals and contracts supporting business opportunities
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Strong relationship management and retention skills
- Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
