Expected Start Date: July 06, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: St. Pauls Hospital City/Town: Saskatoon Department: SHAReClinic Health Type: Part-time temporary Expected Up to Date: September 30, 2028 FTE: 0.5 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 5 shifts of 3.75 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: NoJob : Reporting to the Lead Health Coach, the Sexual Health Coach provides direct patient coaching and education while supporting local research implementation, data collection, program evaluation, and quality improvement activities. Working collaboratively with the Lead Health Coach, Holistic Healing Team, Leslie & Irene Dub Urology Centre of Health, national SHAReClinic partners, and research collaborators, the position contributes to the delivery and evaluation of a high-quality provincial survivorship program that advances patient outcomes and informs national standards in oncology sexual health.

Human Resources Exemption: No Experience
- 13 years of experience in patient education, coaching, counselling, or healthcare delivery.
- Experience in oncology, survivorship care, sexual health, men's health, or rehabilitation.
- Experience with research studies, data collection, program evaluation, and quality improvement activities.
- Experience with virtual care, telehealth, or digital health platforms.
