The Client Experience team at Flipp + Shopfully owns the end-to-end user experiences connected to Flipp + Shopfully's various channels, including flyers and content. The team plays a pivotal role in digitizing and enhancing the publications that reach millions of users across Flipp + Shopfully's platforms. This team combines creativity, technical expertise, and operational efficiency to deliver engaging content that captivates Flipp + Shopfully's users. Client Experience Coordinators make sure all of our retail flyer projects get delivered successfully through managing the production process. They are responsible for building relationships with our retailers and internal teams through handling the day to day communication regarding the production process. Client Experience Coordinators are also responsible for ensuring that their flyer projects are error-free through quality checks and look to improve the production process through reducing risk, improving quality and increasing efficiency.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

• Own and execute low to medium complexity digital flyer projects through overseeing all stages of the production process: coordinating all of the flyer assets such as schedules, flyer pages, pagination documents etc, uploading assets into Flipp + Shopfully’s flyer software, ensuring that data entry and quality check steps are completed in time for the retailer’s live date. This also includes working with our OS vendors to ensure high quality content processing. Note that every retailer has different lead times, processing details and publication frequency meaning that the coordinator is managing many projects with different requirements at any given time.
• Communicate with external retailer contacts to manage day-to-day process requirements and deal with initial issues management as required
• Work with senior team members to action technical troubleshooting on various flyer production process issues /errors in time for the flyer live date
• Elevate and improve production processes for assigned retail accounts through improving flyer quality and accuracy, improving efficiency and reducing risk by creating production process changes independently as well as working with technical teams
• Act as a subject-matter expert on both the retailer’s production process and Flipp + Shopfully’s production process for external and internal direct account teams.
• Own and/or execute on low complexity operations projects (Audit cycles) work as needed including, coordinating project requirements, planning against risk, communicating with other team members within Content processing and creating work back schedules.

• 1+ years of experience coordinating projects
• 1+ years of experience working with clients/customer service and building relationships

Canada Base Hiring Range:

$45,000—$50,000 CAD
