The Role:
The Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. This position involves coordinating between various teams and clients to facilitate effective communication and service execution.
- Manage service requests and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of service interactions.
- Assist in the development of service improvement initiatives.
- Provide support in training new team members.
Team Structure: You will work closely with service delivery teams, customer support, and management to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage service operations.
