Roofing Service Coordinator

The ideal candidate must possess the following abilities and knowledge to be successful in this position:
Job Summary:
- Support the Operations Team
- Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
- Organize and schedule jobs
- Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged
- High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed
- Review work orders prior to invoicing customers for completed work
- Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
- Handling incoming customer calls; inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls
Candidate Qualifications:
- 3 years roofing/construction experience (Required)
- 1 year of customer service experience (Preferred)
- Valid Driver's license to operate company vehicle to visit job sites
- Strong communication/ writing skills
- Time management skills
- Good relationship building skills
- Excellent follow-up skills
- Able to work on multiple tasks
- Computer proficient – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC and/or SHINGLES a plus!
