Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems
• Load, unload, and transport materials
• Work safely at heights on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols at all times
• Support crew members to ensure projects are completed efficiently

What You Bring

• Previous experience in construction or roofing
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, climbing, bending, and repetitive tasks
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
• Access to a working cell phone
• Availability to work ~45 hours/week (including occasional weekends)
