Job Responsibility:
Butterfly Paediatric Therapy is a wonderful and inspiring place to work- full of passionate staff working with children to help them spread their wings! We are looking for a rock star Client Experience Coordinator to work alongside our current amazing Client Experience team to maintain the office vibe and support our team of dedicated therapists and clientele of wonderful families and children. We are a team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists who service kids aged 0-18.
We have grown to 2 locations and need front line support in Mississauga to assist in providing effective and efficient service. We require someone we can rely on, to provide friendly support for both therapists and families, who will keep the office running smoothly, maintain bookkeeping, and the clinic's organizational structure . This involves booking appointments, billing, answering phone calls, meeting and greeting clients, filing/faxing, maintaining databases, QuickBooks data management, light office cleaning, and assisting clinicians with surface cleaning and preparation of materials. The position is for approximately 30-35 hours per week including two evening shifts, with the potential for growth. Compensation is $19-$20 per hour with a benefits package. Minimum 2-5 years of client experience. Experience working with people in a health care setting and knowledge of the electronic medical records software Jane' would be an extreme asset!

- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
