In Office - In Person Position
We are seeking a Full Time Client Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service and program information.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Work with out app software
- Provide information about the program in person
- Connection to verification center
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain daily logs
- Submit paperwork at end of day
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Reliable
- Positive attitude
- Eager to learn
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
