Job Responsibility:
```Duties```- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly- Upsell menu items and specials to increase sales- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the dining experience- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy- Process customer payments using a POS system- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
```Experience```- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change- Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices
